Expertise

With over 25 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC construction field, Billy brings deep expertise and a hands-on approach to every project. He was previously employed by Garrett Mechanical and has been with Gowan/Garrett for more than five years. His previous roles include Plumbing Foreman and Project Superintendent.

Billy is a journeyman plumber, certified medical gas installer, and a licensed backflow prevention assembly tester through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. He is also a member of Plumbers Local Union 68.

He has extensive training and holds several certifications, including:

Billy lives in College Station, TX, with his wife and family. In his free time, he enjoys training dogs, riding his Harley, and other outdoor activities.
